Starting from le Plateau de Valensole that boasts a spectacular view over le Lac de Sainte-Croix, you will cycle along a ridge for 4km towards the pretty hilltop village of Sainte-Croix via the orientation table which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the lake.

Continue towards the radio masts, ‘Les Antennes de Roumoules’. These were erected in 1974 for Radio Monte Carlo. Either complete the route via the lavender fields, back to the departure point, or link up with Route n°2 for a longer ride.
